Completion & Business Launch
Final touch-ups included signage, façade lighting, and detailed interior finishes. Anchor tenants were onboarded, and retail outlets opened for business. The grand inauguration marked BlueStone Commercial Hub as a thriving business and lifestyle destination, offering a blend of commerce, convenience, and community engagement.

Technology & Amenities Setup
The hub was equipped with smart building management systems, CCTV monitoring, and digital access control. Food courts, entertainment spaces, and premium lounges were developed to enhance visitor experience. Green zones, water features, and outdoor seating areas provided balance to the commercial vibrancy. Wi-Fi zones and EV charging stations were also introduced.

Interior Development & Retail Integration
Large atriums, wide corridors, and escalator systems were installed to support retail flow. Showroom spaces were fitted with flexible partitioning to cater to varied tenants. Office spaces received premium flooring, soundproofing, and smart lighting. Centralized HVAC and high-speed elevators ensured comfort and efficiency across all levels.

Structural Construction & Core Framework
The foundation was laid with reinforced concrete capable of supporting large commercial footfalls. Multi-storey structural frameworks were developed for retail spaces, showrooms, and premium office suites. Safety provisions including fire exits, sprinkler systems, and earthquake-resistant measures were embedded. Basements for underground parking and service utilities were executed simultaneously.
