Final Commissioning & Patient Care Launch
Final inspections and safety audits were conducted to certify the facility for medical use. Landscaping created therapeutic green spaces, while accessibility ramps, signage, and wayfinding systems improved patient experience. Security systems, digital health records, and IT infrastructure were launched to support modern healthcare delivery. With staff training and mock drills completed, Harmony Hospital Block was officially opened, providing world-class healthcare to the community.

This milestone involved integrating advanced hospital infrastructure. HVAC systems with HEPA filters, modular oxygen supply lines, and automated fire suppression systems were installed. Patient rooms were equipped with ergonomic furniture, smart monitoring devices, and hygienic finishes. Specialized medical units like radiology, pathology labs, and surgical wings received cutting-edge equipment installation. Superstructure & Functional Layouts
